The Arena Transition Committee


The Arena Transition committee was created to serve as an advisory group as the University of Louisville Athletic Association (ULAA) transitions from Freedom Hall to the Downtown Arena (opening in 2010). This group is comprised of athletic donors representing each priority level in Freedom Hall (I, II, III and IV) women’s basketball season ticket holders, suite holders, alumni, staff and local business owners.

Meetings were held at Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium through the spring, summer and fall of 2008 - 2009.
