Luxury Suite Lease Terms
A Luxury Suite in the Downtown Arena provides exceptional amenities and accommodations that will make all UofL games as well as other events in the Arena even more enjoyable for you and your guests.
You can choose between a 4 or 7 year lease term in the Downtown Arena. Both lease terms can have up to 4 partners on the lease. Each partner will receive the tax deduction from their donation. All priority points earned can also be credited to their own individual account .
Each suite must purchase 16 UofL men’s season tickets (approx. cost: $700/seat). An additional 8 “standing room only tickets” are available on game by game basis. Suite may be used for other events in the Arena including first rate concerts, ice shows and boxing events. Only possible exception may be NCAA Tournament events. If your suite is unavailable due to NCAA regulations, you will be provided comprable seating opportunities.
4 year lease: $92,000 per year
7 year lease: $85,000 (years 1-4), $90,000 (years 5-7)
